Because we want to provide every participant with maximum professional guidance, including during the photoshoots, we keep the group intentionally small. This means plenty of time for personal attention, feedback and, of course, lots of photography.

In sunny Albufeira, Portugal, you will discover the creative flash techniques of Arno + René and learn how to use light to strengthen your own photographic style.

During the workshop, we will photograph at unique locations in and around Albufeira, working with different styles, including Fashion, Bridal and creative lifestyle photography.

And yes, we even have a professional model!

We have organized the workshop so that you basically only need to arrange your own flight and transportation from the airport to the hotel. We take care of the rest! We stay at a beautiful All Inclusive beach resort in Albufeira, Portugal. All meals and drinks are included, allowing you to focus completely on photography, learning and enjoying the experience.

The resort is the perfect base for exploring and photographing at several beautiful locations in and around Albufeira. The standard workshop price is based on shared accommodation with another workshop participant. Would you prefer your own private room? No problem! Simply select the private room upgrade when booking.

Workshop Program

We kick things off on the first evening with a relaxed welcome and introduction, followed by a creative evening photoshoot and an introduction to the workshop. The following full workshop days are completely focused on flash photography, Streetlight techniques, creativity and photoshoots at amazing locations. We finish the workshop with a relaxed editing session, where you can also ask Arno anything about the #BeCreative editing style.

During the photoshoots, you will be doing a lot of shooting yourself, so make sure you bring enough memory cards and batteries. Don't forget to bring your laptop as well. This schedule is subject to weather conditions. We are on the coastline, and sometimes we may need to make last-minute changes or adjustments to the plan due to weather.
